About

A bioinformatician building bridges between data and discovery

Researcher, mentor, and builder of computational tools for genomics, systems biology, and host-pathogen interactions.

I am a bioinformatician focused on computational genomics, host-pathogen interactions, and machine learning for biological discovery. My work blends data science with systems biology to create tools that are practical for researchers and rigorous enough for publication.

Across academia and applied research, I have led projects that span NGS analysis, multi-omics integration, and the development of web resources that make complex data accessible. I enjoy collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to move from data to decisions.

What I'm looking for now
  • Collaborations on AI-enabled genomics and host–pathogen interaction modeling.
  • Opportunities to build or extend bioinformatics tools and web resources.
  • Graduate mentoring, workshops, and invited talks in computational biology.
